'Billy is made from 2" long wavy German mohair with  mohair Paw Pads. He has Black Glass Eyes & a Perle Stitch Nose and Mouth. He is filled with Polyester Fill 

'Billy' is a collectors bear, and is not suitable for children.

I am entering Billy into the Excellence in Bear Artistry Awards 2012. He is unavailable to purchase at the moment.
